LikeDaheim Apartments accepts payments via:

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal (Exceptional cases possible, please inquire beforehand.)

As soon as you have booked, you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and details on how to proceed.

A travel cot for children up to 4 years can be requested for each apartment.

Yes, we have barrier-free apartments that are equipped for use with a wheelchair or a walker.

Yes, you can easily reach all floors with the elevator.

No, out of consideration for allergy sufferers, LikeDaheim generally does not allow pets in the apartments.

Questions on the day of arrival

Check-in at LikeDaheim Apartments is completely contactless.

You will receive a booking confirmation immediately upon booking.

Three days before check-in, you will receive an email requesting you to fill out the registration form.

On the day of your arrival, you can conveniently check in using your smartphone.

Currently, the option to unlock the doors via smartphone using mobile app is still in the testing phase.

Until mobile unlocking is activated for guests, you will receive a separate email with access details for the key safe and a detailed overview of the check-in process.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Our contactless check-in allows you to arrive flexibly.

However, if you plan to arrive very late, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance out of consideration for other guests.

You will find a free, video-monitored parking lot directly in front of our building.

Yes, there is a gas station with charging facilities for e-cars nearby.

However, LikeDaheim will have its own charging station for e-cars soon.

Yes, the Rosbach train station is a 15-minute walk away. From there you have connections to Friedberg and Friedrichsdorf.

Questions about the contactless process

Download the document in advance or print it out to have it at hand when you arrive. Read the check-in instructions carefully.

You open the door of your apartment by holding your key card to the sensor above the doorknob. Please refer to the check-in document that was sent to you for more information.

If you lose your key card, contact us immediately.

You will receive a replacement card. The lost card is then automatically blocked.

Please be careful not to lose your key card, as loss of a key card will be charged.

Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with another key card for your apartment.

Questions during the stay

Yes, LikeDaheim offers free WiFi in all rooms.

Please always contact the LikeDaheim team by email first.

For urgent technical problems in your apartment, you can reach us by phone using the emergency number.

You will find this number on your check-in document, in your room information folder, and in the lobby.

On the ground floor there is a washing machine and a dryer with small change operation.

No, towels and bed linen are provided by LikeDaheim Apartments.

Towels are changed once a week and bed linen every 14 days.

No, LikeDaheim Apartments does not offer its own laundry service for personal clothing.

For everyday laundry, please feel free to use our laundry room on the ground floor.

For dry cleaning, there is a selection of laundromats nearby.

Yes, your apartment will be cleaned when the towels are changed and every two weeks when the bed linens are changed.

Please note that tidying up clothes, personal belongings, etc., and washing dishes are not included in the cleaning service. The apartment should be accessible to the housekeeper on cleaning days.

No, out of consideration for other guests and allergy sufferers, smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments and throughout the entire LikeDaheim building. Violations of the smoking ban will be charged €350.00 (plus VAT).

No, but you will find many options in the surrounding area.

We are currently planning a vending machine for snacks and drinks, which will be available to our guests around the clock in the future.

Day of Departure

The check-out at LikeDaheim is also contactless.

To do this, throw your key card in the LikeDaheim mailbox at the entrance or on your floor when you finally leave the building.

You must check out by 10:30 am on the day of departure.

Should you forget something on your departure day, we will inform you.

Lost and found items can be collected from us or, if necessary, sent by mail. We will invoice you for the postage costs.

Should you receive mail at our address after your departure, we will notify you and deliver it to you.

Therefore, please ensure that you update your address with the postal service well before your departure.
